Nah, they'll keep it, they just need to strike a new deal with BBC. There's just no way Netflix US would drop stuff like Top Gear and Doctor Who.

It's moved (moving?) to Hulu instead. I dropped cable and have both so it really doesn't effect me. Sucks for people who only have Netflix though, so sorry about that.

I am fairly certain the BBC is going to be releasing their iPlayer in the US. I'm on the BBC insiders panel and we got a survey last month with a bunch of questions about streaming services and content they would offer if they had one.

Of course I told them that we needed access to the EXACT same Top Gear episodes that air in the UK and not the bastardized trash they show on BBC America and Netflix.
